First time Brumation worries

My beardie is about 11 months old and started brumating at about 2 months back (in our winter). September is our spring month but was a very cold September. About 2 weeks ago it started warming up to over 30C - 35C outside. He is still sleeping. He came out about 2 weeks ago (looked very healthy), and I gave him some water dripping on his nose. He drank a bit. He did not eat though and went back to sleep. Still sleeping. I am worried that the UVB light (coil type) is maybe not sufficient in the current setup(120cm x 40cm x 30cm). I have a new 120 gallon enclosure ready to go with a 60cm T5 10.0 UVB and Basking heat lamp ready and been running for about 2 weeks. So I want to move him to the new enclosure. Can I just move him, or should I wait until he wakes up?

I would wait till hes awake and get your T 5 set up as soon as possible -- coils are no good - this may be one of the reasons hes not coming out - the 40 gallon tank can handle the 24 inch but your screen will determine placement and distance -- if the screen is a fine mesh like a screen door it needs to go in the tank or unobstructed 12-15 inches -- wide hole type 8-10 directly above your basking decor piece

Thank you. I moved the T5 to the old enclosure where he is sleeping. Will keep updated on the progress.

Sir Henry the dragon
Looking for his dragon girl
Ventures out in to the wide world
His hopes are up but as you can see
There is no dragon girl for Sir Henry
A light bulb goes off and he takes mom aside
Could you perchance get me a mail order bride ?
