Finding a new home for my Beardie

Got my beardie about a year ago. Did what I THOUGHT was enough research and dove into taking care of him. School caught up with me and now I struggle to just get him fed every day. He isn't growing well and I have no idea what to do. I'm looking to find him a home that knows how to take care of him and will help make sure he doesn't die. I didn't even know something was wrong until someone at the pet store pointed out how small he was for his age. I have no idea how to go about finding him a home. I live in Austin, Texas. Any help or info is appreciated!

I hope you are able to find a good home for him soon. Can you post some photos of him? You can upload photos here https://www.beardeddragon.org/useruploads/ and post them to your thread using the XIMG button. Are you offering his enclosure as well, or just your dragon?

You can look into surrendering your animal to a reptile rescue place. They will usually take any animal regardless of its condition and won't ask questions regarding the reasoning behind you giving it away. By doing this you can be sure that your beardie will find a good home with someone who would be able to give them the full attention they need.
