Filling in Cave Gaps

Hello! I am currently trying to figure out a reptile-safe way to fill in the funky shaped gap between my beardie’s large cave and the corner of the enclosure. I was thinking about some sort of clay, but I don’t know enough about different types that are safe for reptiles. The cave is on the cool end of his enclosure, so the heat lamp is not near it. Any ideas or information is greatly appreciated! Thank You!

For such things, I use the exactly the burrowing clay mentioned by xp29. Also great for around live plants, or any other things where something needs to be filled in.
Works really well, holds up, and if necessary, can be scratched out and made wet again to reshape.
