My dragon is a year old/just over.
How many crickets should I be feeding a day with the salad?
And do I have a day rest without crickets?

Insects should be fed 2-3 times per week now w/ salads every day--- he should be eating large crickets if hes a year or older - feed as many as he will eat in a 10-15 min time span

If they are a year old but still not that big do you still recommend cutting down the protein to 2 to 3 times a week?

I am feeding black soldier fly larva, silkworms, and Dubia. Collard greens, kale, mustard greens, and squash. I guess I need to weigh him I don’t know how much he weighs but I think he is still growing.

Weigh him and measure him- he's got a real good diet -

As many as he will eat in a 15 minute period twice a day. Ideally you should see him eating 60+ every day. Greens should be offered all day every day as well.
