So I heard a general rule for feeding juvenile beardies is to feed them crickets twice a day as much as they will eat for 30 minutes each time. Is this accurate? I always hand feed my beardie so should I continue to hand feed her for 30 minutes until she is finished? I feel like I feed her so so much and I don't want to over feed; however, she still looks hungry because she stares at the cage I keep the crickets in. I am not sure if I should feed her more or just leave her alone. Today I fed her a pinkey mouse for the first time and she loved it but still seemed hungry after. I fed her more crickets after that and about 3 hours later she was staring at the cricket cage again trying to get out of her cage to eat more. Is this healthy to feed her this much?

30 min is waaaay too much. 10 min should be sufficient, but if not maximum should be 15. Feed her three times a day if she's a juvenile beardie, and then you can feed her twice at subadult age.
Well depends .... if you talking a hatchling or juvenile (under 12 months old) .
My approach is to offer live insects three times per day ( if under 3-4 months old ) as many insects per sitting a few at a time until the hatchling looses interest.
Under 12 months old it's two feeds per day and I essentially do the same.
I also offer greens in each of the above.
From 12 months old it's one feed per day of insects and I limit the juvenile to maybe 15 - 16 medium crickets per day + greens and reduce the number of insects given per day while increasing the greens from about 18 months old..
Others do things different , that's fine , so long as the growing young beardie gets it's insect protein and fats and dietary calcium to meat it's needs and some vitamins from the greens.
