Feeder insects

We got a 4 year old female bearded dragon from a rescue 2 weeks ago and have a question about feeding her. I have heard so many different things about which insects are best- the rescue said we need to do Dubias, Superworms, and BSFL so they get a variety of nutrients. The Dubias are medium size, the superworms are normal size, and the BSFL are small! How many of each do we give 2-3 times per week? A few of each? Thank you!

I feed dubias 2-3 times per week and supers every other day 3 - bsfl you can feed about 25-30 or so depends on how hungry she is

Mine are fed 1 - 2 times a week, in my experience, that is plenty enough so they don't stop eating their greens regularly.
I feed 3 - 4 adult Dubias or Locusts. Choose an equivalent of whatever else you want to feed them but always prefere things with legs over worms, they have better nutrients and give a better hunt for them.
