here, it kind of shows the process of how I caught it. It's usually back to normal fast
also during means when it first began

Not only, it happens when shes not under it too.KarrieRee":3f41162y said:That is weird -- its like shes having a allergic reaction -- and its only under her lights when this happens? If so its got to be the lighting --- have you tried swapping out the basking light for a different brand?
https://postimg.cc/0rqMc7jc this is the bulb I use, is it coil?KarrieRee":12rvd9dn said:Ok I thought I had read only under lights- I think I would try a different bright white basking bulb no coil bulb a solid like exo terra intense just to rule that out
Well, keep in mind I used a coiled uvb for most of her life until two months ago. It could be eye damage from that time?KarrieRee":9mhy4ej9 said:Nope that is fine --- ok so I am stumped ---- coil look like its swively --- some others on here are gonna haft to way in on this ---- your lighting is probably NOT the culprit but needed to be ruled out for sure
It's why I think it's eye damage from all that time, but who am I to say it is? The vet's I've talked to all say that since we did bloodwork and they examined her, talked it all out with other vet's and specialists that they contacted, that if it was a heart or renal, or an aneurism it should've showed up on the blood tests or we would have seen other things. Just weird, I don't know what it could be, like today she hasn't had her eyes swell up once and shes chilling on her hammock right now.KarrieRee":3ubtlb6k said:That is quite possible- and if so its even more convincing for me that they are bad - I have never been a fan of the coiled bulbs in the first place just because of all the things I have seen on this board a lone from them
