Exo terra uvb and Arcadia supplements

Hello,

So i`ve recently been told that Arcadia supplements ( Earth pro a, calcium mg etc) do not work properly with Arcadia UVB lamps. That the Arcadia supplements are designed specifically for Arcadia UVB lamps. So if i were to buy Exo Terra UVB light,, i must also change the supplements. Could there be any truth to it or is it just an imaginative sales pitch?

Thanks.

That sounds like marketing to me. You want to use high quality supplements and high quality lights, but the link between the two in terms of not working with a different brand sounds like nonsense.

I would think the cost of the science (if even possible) to develop that degree of control would be extremely cost prohibitive.

It was supposed to have something to do with the quality of Exo Terra UVB lights....How much they emit certain lights etc...

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
