Exo Terra Light Unit - HOW DO I GET THE BULBS IN!!!

Hi,

I've had the unit for a while and I'm trying to replace the UVB bulb and I just can't do it!!!! Clearly I'd managed to get them in at some point but I'm finding it impossible to line the pins up properly. Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing something???

Is it 2 pins on each end or one rounded contact right in the center? If it's 2 pins line them up with the slot and push it in till it will rotate and snap in place. If it's the rounded one, one end is spring loaded, place that end in first and push against the spring just enough to pop the other endc in.
