Crixus will be 2 in October... I've kept beardies for a few years and never had this issue to this extent.... today she has been WILD!! An hour after lights on she was making a lot of noise in her viv, climbing like crazy and scratching. I let her out and she relaxed for an hour just looking out her fave window, put her back, she had a normal poop. Right after, it started again so not wanting to reward that behavior I ignored it for as long as I could and now have had her out for about 30 minutes... she's doing laps in an enclosed room w/ me. What is this from?? Is it just restlessness, boredom, a shed coming on although I see no obvious signs of one?? Temps are consistent measured with a good quality temp gun, nothing has changed in her enclosure.. I'm going to try and add another climbing log hoping she'll settle on that, but not sure what else to do. It's so incessant that even my shepherd is affected.. any ideas??
Would you happen to know about how long the laying process takes?? How many days they dig, is it just one or a few?? Do they take breaks in between?? Crixus has stopped, but was digging and acting nuts for about 5 hours today.. I'm just not sure what's going on and that behavior is not the norm for her at all, ever!! TY for any experience you can share..
