Enclosure suggestions

Hello all. Looking for suggestion. Enclosure with mesh top or with solid top and side vents?

I am upgrading my dragon’s enclosure. i am thinking to either get a made enclosure….. zen habitat 4’x2’x2’ 4'x2'x2' Reptile Enclosure - The Zen Habitat 3.0

or building my own 4’x2’x2’ enclosure from melamine

suggestions?

How is the heat retention? I’ve seen reviews that that the thin walls do not hold heat.

Heat is fine-- one is by a window and I live in cold temps - I use the black mat zen has -

any Chance you can share a photo of the zen enclosure? Lighting watt bulb location etc.

One is Hiccups tank and the other is Blaze
