Emotional Support Animal

Mirage is the ultimate emotional support animal...I got him out of his tank because I needed a break from finals work and he crawled up my chest and licked my chin. He then proceeded to lay down on my chest and "dig" his way under my chin. I melted from the cuteness <3

Anyone have some tales they want to share about similar events?

I have so many stories.....the most recent is how Rocky gives hugs and won't let me go. I literally try to shake him off and he'll refuse. He does this from time to time. When I walk around and tell him it's time to get down m he runs to the middle of my back where I can't reach him. True story.
I then try to get on the floor and he runs to the top of my head.
Whatever Rocky does I love so let me think of something for Ruby.

Ruby is so soft, he feels like cotton. If I'm having a bad day, he'll let me hold him for 20 seconds as opposed to 2 seconds sometimes that's all that I need.

Before they passed Ruby and Especially Sweet Pea would get between my neck (crossways) and the other dragons (I'd have 2 to 4 out at a time, all on my chest) once either one of them got there they would try to push the others of my chest. They always wanted me to themselves
2 days ago I was putting Sinatra back in his habitat, he spun around and boogied up my arm and under my neck before I could stop him. He's my boy to the core, he won't have anything to do with anyone else not even Christina.

I am always touched by those moments when I feel that Foxy needs me and wants to see me. Very often Foxy climbs on our couch (he knows where I usually sit) and loves to climb on my chest to rest and take a nap. Usually we watch YouTube together and we have a favorite channel. It happens that I am working and my wife calls me: "come here, Foxy is waiting for you." I come and see that he is sitting on the couch next to my place and waiting. I have to take a break from work, sit on the couch so that Foxy can climb on my chest lol. These are precious moments in my life.

A couple weeks ago, Zsa Zsa gave Christina the slip and ran over to my recliner and waited for me to sit down. It kind of hurt Christina's feelings, but it sure did make my heart melt

I do have a similar story, about 4 months ago I was feeding Larry from my hand, and once she was done eating she ran up to me and nuzzled her way into my hand🥹 I was having a pretty bad day because one of my family members passed a week before, so that was really what I needed i previously was holding hand warmers so my hand was very toasty lol. I wish I took pictures but I didn’t have my phone on me, and if I moved it would’ve disturbed her
