Edamame?

Ok, so I have a REALLY picky eater... he loves superworms and will usually eat arugula, but not a whole lot else. I mix other veggies from the beautifuldragon list in with his arugula and he occasionally will eat some of them when he's in the mood. He's healthy and happy so I am not concerned.

However... I was eating some edamame the other day and while trying to get a bean out of a pod it inadvertently went flying across the room and landed right in front of Sprocket who was running around the living room. I was on my feet in seconds to scoop it up, but he beat me to it! He swallowed it up and then looked at me with this "More?" expression on his face...

Edamame is not on the list of things to feed... I know it is super healthy for humans, but I was wondering about beardies? I haven't given him anymore, but if it's good for him and he likes it than considering how picky he is I would love to find something he likes. I don't know about their ability to digest soy though... Any thoughts?

I would think that edamame would be okay they are just green soy beans right?
I know that it's okay to give beardies soy yogurt so it should be fine.
Now how often I couldn't tell you.

Yup, they are just green soy beans... I guess I would have to be careful not to buy the ones that are already salted, but other than that I can't see why it would be a problem. He seemed to really like it, so maybe they'll make a good treat?
