I know this does not really directly fit into feeding, but this is the most similar forum area I could find, it turns out my beardie really like it when I give him water through a syringe he'll happily drink it all (I do not force the water into him), just out of curiosity since Bearded dragons do not normally drink water and instead gain their hydration from their food how often should/can I give him water via the syringe?
Dragons drink water. Some don't drink standing water (at least not often/when their keepers are watching) and many aren't even given the chance.
Dripping water simulates rain or morning condensation better and may be more recognizable than a dish. You offer daily or several times per day and see how often he drinks - since you arent forcing it he won't drink if he doesn't want to. Pepper sometimes drinks a lot this way or just gives me the stink eye and walks off.
