Drink water

Hello, one I know I post on here a lot, and two hopefully it will calm down now that I’m actually learning a TON from you guys so thank you so so so much. Alright so I’ve noticed the entire time I’ve had my bearded dragon he never drinks water so I would always do frequent soaks, my problem is I haven’t been able to bathe him, I’m in pa very close to the Ohio derailment, I’m still very confused if the water is safe for him so I haven’t been doing that, I’ve been giving him bottled water to drink, but I heard that since they can’t really see water they don’t really drink it, I have a bubbler in his water and that doesn’t seem to help but would I be able to like dye the water? I know not with food dye but maybe with some kind like 100% fruit juice?

Try dropping water on his nose to see if he will lick - keep dropping till he stops or moves
away - do this two times a week - rinse the salads before serving

I always make sure his salads are pretty wet but the dripping on the nose just makes him upset and he shakes his head

If he's eating his salads he will be fine for hydration - watch his poops they will tell you if he's dehydrated - poops should be dark firmed and moist urate white formed and moist- any dried out chalky looking he's dehydrated

You can add some none citrus fruit juice or punch to his water to give it flavor, be patient and go at his pace. Use an eyedropper to drip it on his nose, once he tastes the fruit juice he should start lapping it up. DON'T force it into his mouth, you could aspirate him, remember 1 drop from the eyedropper is like a glass full for us on scale. Also when he is done use a wet paper towel or wet wash cloth to wipe away any that runs down his chin. No need to take a chance on causing bacteria or fungus to start in his scales.
