Hi,
My beardie jumped off of my shoulder about 4 feet onto concrete and is now limping on his front left leg, he lets me touch it and still eats, drinks, and gets around; but his leg is discolored and is more pale than the rest of his body; I have removed all the basking spots from his enclosure besides his hammock which I have lowered all the way so he can walk on it and not jump or climb. I have an emergency vet appt today but I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before or have an idea of what it could be?
Thank you

Sounds like he has sprained it and it looks like its going to shed --- please have your hand on his back when hes on you and your walking -- I carry mine placed against my chest w/ my hand over his back -- you never know when they are going to try and fly like superman - I would keep the decor like you said for a while till he starts using it again -- if he had broken it his beard would be black showing signs of discomfort -- watch for the black bearding -- if it does start here in the next day or so then I would be taking him in --- they will probably want to do Xrays of the leg -- but if hes still using it some I would not think its broke --
That arm looks a bit swollen but could just be shedding, too. Definitely watch for loss of appetite, sluggish behavior, black bearding, etc. Hopefully his arm will start feeling better soon & that he didn't hurt it badly.
I agree, it probably isn't broken but is might be a little sore.
Let us know how he is doing.
