DIY Egg laying box ideas inside of their enclosure

I've got a year old beardie I think wants to lay eggs. Looking for some easy suggestions on something I could put in her current 120 gallon tank for her to do that easily? Watched a few videos but they're all huge bins outside of their enclosure...

Hi there, this is what my girls laid eggs in for years. It's a sand or sand/topsoil mix [ or can use sand alone or sand + eco earth ] with enough water added to make it moist enough to at least somewhat hold shape. It can be changed every few months to be sure it's clean. It's about 22"long X 8" H by 11-12" wide. I put a log next to it so they could access it but I usually put them in. I cut the corner off so the box is like a cave.

How much water should I be giving my bearded dragon? He will only drink from a dropper when I drop on his nose and I’m not sure if I should give it to him until he won’t drink anymore? Or should I stop after he’s had a certain amount?
Just want to check that if my beardie is ok I managed to get a video of him yawning today and screenshot him with his mouth open does he have mouth rot??? He is eating and drinking normally btw, the discoloration on his left of the mouth has been there for a month but the discoloration on his right side is new
