rafa2k Hatchling Member Feb 10, 2014 #1 I was walking around my garage on Friday and I stumbled across a full sheet of insulation. PROJECT TIME!!! So I cut the 8' x 4' sheet to the measurements of the 40G breeder: And with a little help from my kids, we started cutting out the designs: Sanded them down to shape them a bit: then added 4 or 5 coats of unsanded grout: I didn't take pictures of the colored steps like a noob but after all the coats of grout and 2 coats of modpodge, this was the final project: I cut up some plywood tonight and made a lid to mount the lamps and give me an access. Don't want him climbing up the new background and getting out. What do you guys think?
