Thanks for posting all of the medical information & bloodwork. How is your boy doing?
Did the vet mention gout developing? His uric acid levels are elevated to the point that I think he should most likely be put on a gout medication.
His calcium is a bit high, but that usually is caused by renal issues unless a female has eggs, etc.
The AST (liver enzymes) readings are good also. 'He isn't losing anymore weight right now?
I would continue to focus on vegetation, as much as you can rght now & keep the protein to a low to moderate level to keep stress off of the kidneys.
