cuddles needs glasses!!!

hi guys!!

i havent posted in ages but i had to tell you this, i have bought cuddles a rather large bulk of butter worms which he absolutely adores, anyway i have to hand feed him because hes become a very spoilt adolescent. anyway when i put a few butter worms on my hand and gave them to him, he only went for the end of my fingers and completey missed the worms, hes done this nurmerous amount of times now and i reckon he needs glasses, wouldnt that be so cute if we could buy them some glasses??!! lmao :lol:

That would be adorable. I truly do wonder if they sometimes don't see very well. Cinnamon used to walk/run into the walls at times.

They have something wrong with their perception, would be my best guess. My kids will run full speed right off the edge of the bed without even knowing they are at the edge. As well as running into things.

I have a theory on this. Try feeding on one side or the other on the quarter of the head toward the nose. See if he or she tracks the movement better. It forces her/him to turn to send out the tongue.

Noting the placement of the eyes on the head it seems to be not unlike a horses vision. They can not see 6 ft in front of them. Ever notice how your beardie cocks its head seems to look sideways then moved to orient before striking a cricket?

I think they see with each eye separately. Images on left and right and process to get location. Again like a horse does.

Just a theory but give it a shot! Oh and please let me know.
