Roar, I'm pouting/ (getting mad)
cos I've called every pet place I can think of to ask what 'cricket species' they sell.
and everyone tells me, they dont know!
How can they NOT know?!
*forhead smack*
can anyone tell me if the "A.Domesticus" Cricket is still around? (did it ever make a come back?)
one women told us she didnt know the species but they are the "Little black ones." ( I assume this is the Jamaican Feild Cricket(s) that bit my Baby.) Since I have Little guy now. (tiny thing) I dunno if I should feed him these mean ones.
Well I just bought 20 (but I'm pretty sure there was more.)
Baby ate them all except 7 (because Little Guy ate 7 the other day, so I had to stop him!) x.x
Put Little Guy in and he ate the rest.
Although I understand they can all bite.
The black ones WENT after my lizard, where the brown ones (with the exception of one.) will walk on him and not bite.
I had read this before I fed him black ones, but I didnt remember exactly what it said, and I just re found it last night.
So now I was calling the stores to ask about the Species but everyone said they didnt know. =.=;;
I Know I read that to that's crazy lady's he ok lost half it's tail in Canada we have no Jamaican crickets only regular an they order them from california I think try ordering
I'm sure their are a couple places that still sell these domestic house crickets. Petco and Petsmart still, as well as a couple pet stores around here, sell them.
I used to pinch off the back legs of the house crickets for my blue tongue skinks. He was too lazy! That's why he loved mouse fuzzies. I shouldn't have traded him for a baby bearded dragon.
