One more concern, it may just be the angle of the camera or whatever, but he looks like he may have a bit of an underbite which can be a indication of MBD. Does he have at least 12 hours of UVB exposure each day? Do you dust his food with calcium? Just a concern
Yes, it would be a good idea to give him a probiotic, that would really help him out right now. I would suggest giving it twice a day, you can use Benebac, Acidophilus, or SOY yogurt which comes in blueberry or peach flavors.
He looks good but it does look like there is a little bit of an underbite like Disco mentioned. What is the distance of the UVB?
It's less than 12 inches away, and I take him outside for minimum 30 minutes on most days. It's honestly just the angle of the camera, he looks fine in real life! Thanks for the concern though!
Oh, ok, it could very well be the angle. So, you have the Repti-Sun 10.0 strip fluorescent? If so, it should be 6 to 8" from your beardie, a distance of 12" is a little too far away. How many days a wk are you dusting with calcium & vitamins?
I dust calcium everyother day, i recently ran put of vitamins but I will try to get more tomorrow, I do that on the weekend. And his poop today was very well digested!
