Concerned about color patterns?! PIC INCLUDED

Is this normal? I assure you its no trick of light, this is actually how one color stops on my Brians tail and continues into another much darker shade...Im worried? Anyone experience this before?

Hi, it actually looks like part of the tail hasn't shed yet. When getting ready to shed, the skin changes to different colors.

my beardie's tail is like that too

it's not so obvious as yours in this photo but you can see it

I think it's just his colouring, the vet certainly wasn't bothered by it last week
