Colors coming out? Or shed?

Erright I got this 7mo bebe girl 3 weeks ago, she had *just* finished a shed at the time. She had a bit of a faded look to her tail and top of her back, not in a bad way, just different than the rest of her body. Anyway, I know she was on the wrong diet and wrong lighting at her last home. And now she looks like this. Is this like, hella cool colors coming out? Or a new shed with a weird pattern? She's not cranky, sensitive or swollen on those areas, and they haven't changed in size or shape, they've just slowly become more defined. Also, I know in the pick the end of her tail looks black but it's not and it's healthy.
