My Pumpkin's greens "disappear" throughout the day. Luckily I did catch her eating them once but not on camera.

Zsa Zsa scatters as much as she eats so if we don't catch her eating them we're just guessing lol.

When Foxy was the same age, I was able to see him eat greens only by installing a camera, because when we looked at him, he was embarrassed to eat them.

I'm telling, she would eat me if she could catch me lol. I haven't found a single thing she won't eat yet. I've never seen another animal of any kind act like her.

My boys were the same, if yoy looked they would stop eating greens then ignore them.

Up to a certain age (some ~ 6 month) Taco stopped eating when we looked - even bugs. Saw somebody watching? Stopped eating, went away. It's rare generally that I see him eating (when it's not hand feeding), but when, I see him mostly with the greens, I guess as it takes longer.
Just a few days ago I saw him basking, and then suddenly saw him chewing something very thoroughly. That must have been the (large) dubia that escaped the day before during hand feeding
