I've had carbon for about 3 weeks now I think and ever since I had him he would only eat like 3 mealworms a day
But after switching from a coil to a reptisun 10.0 tube he/she is eating more than double the mealworms and eating greens! Which he/she would never eat before!
Also he is growing extremely fast, I didn't think he/she would be growing this fast!
BTW any tips on how I should go about starting to hold him and stuff. I am really nervous about it and he/she is very jumpy. This being my first reptile so I want to start handling him very very soon!
You can try with just holding him in his cage, and once he gets comfortable on your hand you can try taking him out. You will have to be very careful because they are skittish until they get used to you. Then you can just go from there.
stop feeding him mealworms, they aren't good for him. if you want to feed a worm feed repti-worms or phoenix worms until he's big enough for supers then you can switch to those if you choose.
Phoenix worms are so great for your beardie when they are young also some wax worms are great and if you can find some butterworms small ones they love them.
Mealworms have such a hard shell and at times babies can become impacted. If you can find micro supers they are fine to give baby as well.
Thats awesome with the greens what kinds of greens is Carbon liking ?
I am ordering some different types of food right now but the mealworms are the canned ones and they are more soft and smaller.
But he is eating pretty much everything I give him now, from berries, collard greens, grapes, watermelon and I gave him 2 very very very tiny pints of banana to see if he liked it and I think he wanted more lol.

Other things for veggie mustard greens, endive, parsley, dill, bok choy, dandilion greens. Fruit should be given as a treat.
Does your beardie eat live prey? crickets worms other then canned mealworms?
I love that chart I use that all the time usually my breeder cuts all my greens for my beardies so I get them all from her every week which is awesome and they love their veggies
I've recently learned that their eating patterns somewhat correlates with the amount of UV they receive so yay for Carbon. Also I think you should handle Carbon asap. So far I've raised 3 dragons, from baby to full grown. Only one dragon wasn't as jumpy or mean. My other two were bitters. To me the bite just feels like pressure, nothing to be worried about (use gloves if you are worried). One of my dragons I made sure she saw my hand every time I fed her now she doesn't care when my hand enters her viv (she also associates my tongs with food weird enough). It takes a while but if you keep it up everyday before you know it carbon will be comfortable with you handling him.
I really love that chart, i printed out a copy just in case i forget
Oh and @OP Have you tried feeding him raspberries? Khomez LOVES them, and he always has red all over his face after eating them  just be sure to give him a bath after words
also I got ReptiSun too! i tossed that garbage "ReptiGlo" it damaged his vision , hopefully carrots really DO heal your eyes
