Can you freeze salad

Hi, I’m going out of town for a week and I think the salad I’m preparing for my bearded dragon would be bad by the last couple days I’m gone. Do you think I could freeze some? I don’t wanna ask too much of the pet sitter to get her to wash the greens and buy them and all that.

No its gonna be mushy when thawed out --- just mix a bunch in a bowl w/ a lid and have her put some in his dish every morning for him

A friend of mine gave me some containers with a little grate that covers the bottom. I swear by them now. My greens last days longer then they used to. The trick is keeping them off the bottom so air can circulate.
I'm at work, I'll try to remember to get pics when i get home.

I freeze my greens and vegetables all the time. There’s no way I can buy the small amount Moonshine eats without throwing a lot away. She’s only 8 months old so still eating more bugs! But she doesn’t mind eating the frozen veggies at all.
