Can i use this vitamin supplement

I have the Zilla vitamin supplement and was wondering if I should use it on my dragons salads. His bugs are supplemented with calcium but nothing on the salad. I have attached pictures but I know they are a little blurry so I can tell u guys what it says if you need.

Only dust the insects one time per day- do not over dust them - if you dust them more than once per day your over dusting them

I had no idea I was over dusting them but I will absolutely cut back now thank you!

What i do with my powdered stuff is, i use old superwoman or dubia containers (because they don't have the mesh stapled in), i dump calcium in one and calcium, multivitamins mixed in the other. I dump my insects in give them a shake then fish them back out. It's been much easier than the actual shakers you can buy. Also i mix the calcium and multivitamins in an equal amount. You can visually tell them apart because the multivitamins color the mixture

what ive been doing is i just put my calcium in a salt shaker and sprinkle it on the insects while they are in a tall cup. then i just shake them around for a bit to make sure they all have some then dump them out
