Can I use this product to cover my foam decor instead of grout?

So I'm building a basking deck and went to the DIY store to try and find some Grout.


The only thing I could find was this which is used to cover holes in walls etc...

Is this ok to use to cover my basking deck with before painting with acrylic paint?

Or can I just use some school glue to close the pores of the foam instead of grout?

You can. It's not going to be as strong as grout.

Noted thanks for the reply, I'm thinking of mixing it up with some school glue. I'll see what I can find.
