Can dubia roaches have flunckers cricket food?

I just recently got dubia roaches and I love them! They are surprisingly adorable, and I have a terrible fear of insects!
Anyway, I'm gonna try switching to them, but I still have plenty of cricket supplies, can I use them for the roaches? I got a small kit for them when I ordered them with my skink, with food and water crystals, but can I give the roaches high calcium cricket diet and water gels? They are from the flunckers brand
And if they can have it, can I mix the food I got for them with the cricket food?

Yes. The roach and cricket chow is generally the same stuff anyways. I give my roaches the uneaten greens from my dragon cage to save cash. The salad provides food and water so I don’t have to buy insect chow anymore or deal with water crystals.

Awesome! Thanks!
I was thinking about giving them some stale crested gecko food or random fruits/veggies when they run out of water crystals and powder food

The Fluker food isn’t good for feeders it’s basically just keeping them alive it has no nutritional value that gets passed down to your dragon

Swordtail has been doing a whole lot of "Lizard yoga" lately
Currently trying not to stress over my anemic dragon....she is being treated, but I don't agree with her treatment plan and have been seeking out a second opinion from another vet. If anyone else has dealt with anemia, please let me know how it was resolved. I am losing sleep over this
Another post lol. My beardie does not like enclosures. Her tank is the kids room and she has created a nesting/bed spot in the corner. She will cuddle with my son but she know when the lights are out and the kids go to sleep, she literally goes to her bed like she is our 3rd baby. I love her. And to think, I never wanted a beardie lol
Please help. My beardie is my baby and I am worried she may be egg bound but I can't tell. She is over 2 yrs old and has never laid an egg. She has been swollen for two days and can't tell if she may be impacted or egg bound. Please help.
I'm still looking to adopt. I live near Homerville Georgia.
