I can't afford to take this little guy right now, but I'm hoping somebody here can take him. He's near death and needs intensive care. Can anybody please help him?

I wish I could take him but my fiance would kill me if I brought another animal home I hope someone gets him. I can't believe someone would actually let their animal get to that point...... (((
