Calcium bath?

Can calcium be absorbed through Ruby's skin? Instead of eating the calcium, he took a bath in it.

I don't think it can.
The calcium needs to get into the dragon's digestive system.

I agree with NickAVD - even if a tiny fraction goes somewhere and e.g. "makes the skin nicer", it won't reach the bones and other internal structures.

Why did you decide for the bath? Is your dragon refusing food with added calcium supplements? Was this a product marketed as calcium bath for reptiles?
If your dragon refuses food with calcium powder, you could try a liquid calcium supplement.
For some time, my dragon liked insects with added supplements ways less (not refusing them, but he tried to rather wait until there might be something else). If that happens despite you only dust sightly (I did so); what worked for my dragon: dust e.g. the underside only of a dubia. If they doesn't see it... And so also he isn't touching it directly with the tongue when grabbing the insect. Same with veggies: I dusted the underside.
(Now, as my dragon is bigger and gets insects more rarely, he eats them with calcium powder without any problems. But dusting the underside was a good trick as I can't get the liquid calcium supplement.)

Like others said, it's highly unlikely. It would probably leave him chally looking as well (depending on how much was put in)

Noooooooo he's just bad and threw a small dish of it across his enclosure like powder. I do the same every now and again with Rocky and he'll eat it or leave it alone. I never thought Ruby would bathe in it. I cleaned him and the enclosure.

He looked like pressed then he went back and looked like a powdered donut.., with a tail.
