We are redoing an old dresser into a home for our Toothless and I'm stuck on the doors!
That's the dresser we are using. So my husband and I can't decide how the doors should be. We've tosses around ideas using plexiglass cut to create 2 doors on the front or using some type of screen/chicken like wire and building a frame and making 2 doors that way. We've also thought about putting a solid piece of plexiglass on the front and making doors for the back...... but we can't decide and we're not sure if using some kind screen or chicken wire type stuff would be safe or okay for our Toothless. Any ideas or input would be amazing!
Thank you in advance ?
You'll want ventilation added so there is good airflow, but that can be done from the sides. The sliding doors are pretty popular. I see more of those than the hinged drop down doors, but I like both of them. Either way you might want to build a bit of a frame so the glass piece isn't so big and poses less risk of being flimsy or getting dinged up.
