Bumpy toes?

Hey everyone, since this website seems to be a lot of help I have a question. My beardie has some lumpy toes, and her back foot looks different from the other. She walks fine now, and yes, we did go to the vet. They said she has metabolic bone disease or whatever, which we got stuff to treat it, and she had a parasite that comes from a cricket, which we have medicine for that too that she has been taking. She seems fine, but I just wanted to know if what I can do about this, or if it's something I should worry about. Looking at our other bearded dragon, her toes are slim, they look normal.

They do look swollen, about the only thing you can do (as far as I know) is just make sure your lights and calcium are on par.

Hello,

I would watch those toes & the ankle area. That appears to be gout beginning. Can you review your
type/brand of UVB lighting, diet & supplementation for us?
For now, to be proactive, try to get some black or tart cherry juice extract to get him started on. It helps
with kidney function. If the swelling gets worse, let us know. You may need to get him on some gout
medication short term depending on the severity.

Hey sorry for the late response. I'm currently at school, so I cannot show what all is there. If I remember to do so, I will later on. Anyways, I I a couple of questions. It's okay if you don't know them! Does it matter what brand of tart cherry juice I get, and does it matter from where? And how do I give it to her... do I mix water in it or do I use a syringe and let her drink just the juice through that. And how often should I give it to her?

Hey I'm back. Anyways, I had made a new post, showing her cage and more of her. Please check it out when you have the time!!! And also, we had brought her to the vet and he said she doesn't have gout..but I feel like every photo I look up of gout on a beardie, it looks awfully similar.

Hello,

I posted on your other thread. I feel that it is probably gout as well. How much cherry juice are you giving?
You can give it daily, & around .5ML daily.

Sir Henry the dragon
Looking for his dragon girl
Ventures out in to the wide world
His hopes are up but as you can see
There is no dragon girl for Sir Henry
A light bulb goes off and he takes mom aside
Could you perchance get me a mail order bride ?

Hi there a little update we went from a 50 watt heat lamp to a 100 watt basking halogen heat lamp hahaha I saw some comments about it being so close so I made sure to put it a ruler away from her
