Brusie on stomach?

MY little leo tango seems to have soom sort of bruise on his stomach, im not quite sure what it is...
He tends not to sleep over the heat mat, but at the cool side( he has recently moved to the warm side)
he eats well, and is in paper towel...
So im not very sure?

Ya see thats the problem..
I can rarly hold him he is that fast... And i struggle to take pictures at the best of times..
i no it would help but its just so difficult to get a picture especially when its underneath him

could try and put him in a clear plastic rubbermaid box and take pics through the bottom? may not be the best but theres a chance it could help. i know some tupperware is super clear. or a glass table or something
