Brumation or Gravid??

Clyde is doing well. Still in full brumation, not waking up or moving around at all, and seems like his weight is stable however I get worried about the fact that he hasn’t pooped since december 3rd. He doesn’t get up to bask so I’ve been waking him up to warm up (bath and heating pad) maybe every 6-7 days? So he’s been warmed up for digestion maybe 4 times since the 3rd. How worried should I be about him not pooping? I try to leave him alone but then I think about the food “rotting” or whatever ppl say and it scares me and makes me want to get him to poop.

Yes, I’ve just taken him out for a bath now which I want to stop doing (to not interrupt his brumating) but i’m worried about the food in his belly.

For that food issue the real experienced on here say not to worry about it so much - I can have ahbd address your question about that

I wouldn't worry about it , just remember next year when Clyde starts to brumate again to end the feedings rather than offer food . That way you won't worry soo much. But she should be fine.

okay thanks! i guess his appetite is just so strong that it outweighs normal brumation behavior lol (what beardie can deny yummy roaches?). his weight is still stable too <3
