Broke my basking light

I came upstairs to turn my bearded dragons lights on today, and the basking light is broken. Like the bulb and the lamp part. It's pretty warm in my room. Right now the sticker on the side of his wall says about 83°F but I know I need to get a better thermometer. Will he be okay for today and possibly tomorrow without one? And is there anything I can do to keep it warm in the mean time?

They are pretty hardy to go a day maybe two without. I'm In the meantime you could use a regular incandescent house bulb until you get a new basking bulb.
