Is this normal? Her back is different color from rest. One is darker and the other side is more Bright.

Dragons grow and weigh differently and from the pic she looks in good shape -- as long as she has good UVB and good surface basking temps and diet she should grow and thrive

Hello,

I agree, it does look like possible shed coming on. They shed their bodies in different stages. So,
alot of times it will look pretty uneven for awhile.
