Blood red tongue

Opinions, please.

Activity and eating is good. Almost 500 grams. Vet says Dragon bit tongue. I'm wondering about tumor or vascular issues. Asking for a friend. Thank you.

Is the entire tongue red, or, just a small portion of it possibly?
