Urate should be pure white, it looks a bit tinted. Usually the cause is over supplementation. Might be a good idea to double check your supplementation schedule and adjust as necessary.

I agree, there isn't any blood there but you might want to consider the frequency of your supplements.
The specks might be from beta carotene, which sometimes has the tendency to leave speckled urates.
It isn't a bad thing, & shouldn't cause any issues at all. The urates don't appear hard or chalky either.
