Hi, have you tried a soak and washing it off with a toothbrush ? If it's not a stain it might just be a harmless blemish of some sort. With anything, you can consult a vet if it gets notably worse but I doubt it will. You can always dab a bit of Neosporin on it.

How long have these spots been present? I agree, try to see if you can get the spots off by using a
soft toothbrush, if you can.
A lot of them develop freckles or spots on them from time to time. Just keep an eye on them & as long
as they don't get worse, I wouldn't worry too much about them!
