Black soldier fly nutrition. Not larvae

Hello forum. New here. I have been allowing my BSFL to turn into flies and feed for enrichment and as a source of protein. I seem to be having a hard time finding information on the composition of the actual flies and not the larvae. I was wondering if anyone has reliable information on the nutrient ratios of the flies themselves versus the larvae. Thanks

I don't recall seeing nutrition info for the flies themselves. I can say that my dragon loves to eat the flies even more than the larvae.

Also if anyone has info on the nutrition of the moths that wax worms turn into versus the larvae themselves I would be interested in that as I wait for the worms to turn into moths and feed those as well
