W hat amount of the adult BSFL do you feed an adult beardie and a 6 month old beardie?

I am thinking for a adult around 50 not sure about a juvie- I fed mine both dubia and BSFL till he quit eating them around 6 months old- then added silk to the diet like 3 at a feeding then fed dubias later it cut down the dubia consumption - I would also add dubias and worms to the diet like silk worms which are a good staple feeder super worms meal worms and some horn worms
w/ all those added to the diet it will balance it out
