I have a one year old bearded dragon and I noticed something in his toe. It’s a black spot and it kind of looks like a scab. I am not sure if this is concerning enough to bring him to the vet so if anyone know what this is or what I can do can you please let me know?

That could be stuck or retained shed, or an area where he rubbed it raw on something. Is there anything sharp that he could
have injured that on?
You can use some antibiotic ointment to put on that area, daily in case it is irritated.

I can’t think of anything sharp, so it probably was stuck shed but it’s hard to see but it’s inside his skin where the black is almost and indent because there was no blood and no flesh can be seen.
