Black bump on my bearded dragon, is this normal?

hi, I just saw today that my bearded dragon that I've had for around 6 years has a small weird black bump on his scales. it's not a scale-- is it a scar or something bad? I'm really worried about him

for reference, this is what it looks like, and he's acting normal for the most part but I just want to make sure he's okay

That's no problem, it's very common for them to have an off color speckle here + there. Sometimes a tiny spike or scale gets rubbed off even but it's fine.

it's been a bit and the spots still there and he seems to have pain whenever its touched, should I take him to the vet?

Do bearded dragons have any similarity to us or other mammals by chance? Could it be some sort of birth mark / mole / freckle?

Or is it just part of the pattern? A rubbed off scale or spike? It's near the side of it's belly, but I could be wrong in saying it's where spikes normally are?

I thought they ran all the way up and down both sides of their belly?
