(Reposting this ancient reminder)
As some of you already know, I'd been posting happy birthday wishes in the Off Topic forum for sometime now. Lately, there'd been alot of "oops" posts because the birthday was incorrectly listed. The date format in your Profile section is not the typical MM-DD-YYYY (month-day-year) (for example, 12-30-2007); instead, it's DD-MM-YYYY (day-month-year) (for example, 30-12-2008).
To avoid further embarrassment by wishing someone a happy birthday when it wasn't their birthday, I'm asking for everyone to double check the way in which the dates were entered.
Remember: day first, then month, then year
Thanks everyone.
