Big project I’m working on

Hey!! Sorry I haven’t been on here very much, I’ve been really busy with holiday hours and the Christmas/new year rush at my job, now I can finally get back to normal hours where things aren’t so hectic.

to celebrate, I got a thin paperboard material at my dollar store for 50 cents (which is a great deal since everything is a $1 + there) and I’m now making a huge drawing of one of my favorite fictional characters, Wally Darling from Welcome Home! Im still fine tuning each imperfection in the sketch, but I think I might be able to move on to my favorite part…colouring it in

please let me know what you think, any feedback would be appreciated. By the way he is a puppet so his proportions are a bit different as in he doesn’t have a nose or eyebrows and his ears are smaller, 4 fingers…you probably get it lol. Compared to my hand, it’s pretty big lol my acrylic paint markers will probably run out of juice before I’m even done, and I’m prepared to make a last minute trip to the store lol. Anything for Wally (just kidding)
I also attached some images of Wally just for comparison. I’ve got a busy week ahead of me haha.

thank you @ChileanTaco ! It’s finished but im a perfectionist so I must fix all the tiny little details lol. I’ll post a photo of the finished product. I expected it to take all week but I got really motivated so I finished it within 4 hours…I need sleep lol

It’s done! Here it is in all of its glory this thing is bigger than my face! I’m 5’3 if that helps lol

Wow!!! Very good. Your very artistic. Being artistic is truly a gift. I'm glad you have a passion for it. It makes life more rewarding when you can surround yourself with things that have meaning to you.
I bought my girlfriend stuff to try the flow painting for Christmas. She calls it art.

I call it OMG what did you do to the patio lmao

I got her a pottery wheel also... I don't even want to talk about THAT mess rofl (yes I know it isn't top of the line, but I want to make sure she'll actually use it before dropping more than a grand on one )
