So since prometheus is a juvenile, I know he needs his insects daily and his protein, and I dont really like feeding crickets, and I heard meal worms are bad as their shell is harder to digest, and can cause a blockage, since he is only maybe about 3+ months old, I wanted to know what you guys think would be best for him to eat.
your options are a bit limited right now. You can try small versions of BSF larvae (phoenix worms) or small Dubia roaches (lot less icky than you would think). Also, if you aren't already, make sure you get them from a reputable feeder and its MUCH cheaper to get online.
