Beginning of tail rot?

Hello everyone! A few days ago I got a new juvenile bearded dragon. I noticed the tip of his tail is a little crooked, and is of a slightly different color, several scales are a little grayer than the other ones of his tail. Could this be tail rot? Is it something else? What should I do about it?
Thank you very much in advance!

It's normal. Tail rot is a result of some sort of injury and the tissue will be soft and squishy.

I can feel her staring into my soul demanding food
She was having a staring contest with a mealworm. I guess I never taught her to not play with her food, lol.
