This nail seems too small to cut and is curled in and upside down. Pictures can be seen below. Not really sure what it is, if its bad, or maybe just a deformity. Let me know please thanks.
I've seen them curl in like that but I'm not sure if there is much to do that isn't painful or more damaging. Is it causing any issues walking or climbing? If not then I'd probably leave it alone.

Nothing i have noticed. Hes quite new. Only got him 2 weeks ago. Hes really healthy. Loves exploring outside in the sun, very active, eats great and loves laying with me in his blanket and heat pad to watch some shows. Really never noticed anything until i was getting ready to clip his nails. I noticed that. Didnt see it at the breeders facility when i got him. Just dont want it to get worse or hurt him in the future. But like i said he seems to act perfectly normal and loves climbing around on his basking platform and logs i have perched around it.
Decided to put him in a bath. I did a light squeeze on every toe to no effect. Once i even touch that toe he squirms. Seems it does hurt him only on contact.
If it's appearing painful a vet might be able to x-ray it to see if there is a break in the toe. Maybe file the nail back a bit but that could be painful and dangerous as well. I'm not sure what to do about that at home though.
